M.E.C. TIMING BELT HTD-STD

HTD significa High Torque Drive cioè Trasmissione di Alti Momenti Torcenti. Le cinghie sincrone HTD sono caratterizzate da un nuovo profilo (disegno arrotondato dei denti) che consente di trasmettere maggiore potenza a parità di passo rispetto ad una cinghia dentata sincrona tradizionale. Inoltre si raggiungono i seguenti vantaggi: riduzione della rumorosità, delle interferenze, maggior resistenza al salto del dente ed agli sforzi di taglio, trasmissione angolare precisa e velocità costante sino a 50 mt./sec., basso tensionamento, alta affidabilità, minore ingombro, modesta la manutenzione. STD® significa Idoneità per Trasmissioni di Elevatissimi Momenti Torcenti. Ai vantaggi sottolineati per le cinghie HTD si aggiungono i seguenti: A) maggiore durata grazie all’ottimizzazione del contorno del profilo e di una superiore qualità dei materiali impiegati nella fabbricazione della cinghia B) resistenza temperatura fra -20° C e +100° C) agli agenti atmosferici e moderatamente all’olio C)rumorosità pressochè nulla D)manutenzione ridottissima E) dette cinghie permettono la trasmissione sincrona che sino ad ora avevano visto il predominio della catena e quindi trasmissioni di potenze elevate a basso numero di giri.
